Many people come to coaching because they are ready to feel fully alive, and sense they are not living as fulfilling a life as they could be.
You might have been feeling a bit flat for a while, but you can't put your finger on what's missing.
You might be using a lot of energy to hide what you really think, or what you really want, but are afraid that if you speak up, all hell will break loose.
You might smile when you feel upset, or say nothing when feeling furious inside. Maybe you know deep down that there are parts of your life that don't fit you or suit you, but you don't know what to do about that, or who to talk to about it.
There's probably the same thoughts that go round and round your head, and they're not as kind or as uplifting as you suspect they could be, if you only knew how to change them.
You might sense you're missing out on things you really want to do, but don't because you're afraid to start or don't know how.
You may sense there is something wrong with you, that you don't fit in, or that you're the only one who feels like this.
You know you should be satisfied with your life, but can't shake that 'something's missing' feeling.

This three month, individual coaching programme will help you:
- Tell the truth about the stories been telling and where you want to create a new story.
- Transform relationship with your thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
- Identify all the things draining your energy
- Cultivate a heart-opening gratitude practice
- Learn how to create, honour and communicate healthy boundaries.
Optional - I use the JCA Emotional Intelligence profile and Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment to discover baseline emotional/behavioural patterns and current stress/recovery physiology (how well your body recovers from your day, whilst you sleep!). These run as separate sessions and can be added to our coaching agreement at any time.
I also work more flexibly with people wanting to explore the Daring Way and Rising Strong curriculum, following attendance at an in-person workshop, and with coaches undergoing The Coaches Training Institute's certification programme. Please contact me for details - I'd love to hear from you!
How it works
You make contact using the contact me form and we set up a time for a free, 30 minute introductory session where I can find out what your needs are and whether I can help you. If our chemistry is right, I'll invite you to coach with me.
Together, we'll design what best suits your needs. I've found this works well for clients since what feels best to you, will be what's best for you. There is a written coaching agreement, but no contracts and nothing binding - just what we agree and commit to, together. This consultancy approach means we can design something specifically for you, so it is more likely to meet your needs than an 'off the shelf' package.
We'll meet by Skype or Zoom (or telephone, if you're in the UK). I'll follow up our calls with a summarised note and you'll have email access to me between calls, for the duration of our partnership.
My coaching is rooted in the co-active model and also draws on neuroscience, NLP, and the work of Dr Brene Brown.
