Helen Keegan, Director of HR & Strategic Engagement, Together for Girls.
About my stewardship of this body of work as a Certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator:
-
I’ve been guiding leaders through this work, through groups and individual work, as the full 24 hour Dare to Lead curriculum and with custom workshops, since 2018.
I’ve worked with 100+ leaders, in public, private, charity and non-profit sectors, with teams, groups and individuals. I continue to work as an executive coach across a range of businesses, with the most senior leaders and their teams.
-
I prefer to partner with organisations who are doing good work in the world — the kind that’s people-centred, planet-friendly, and full of quiet impact and heart. This is an important shift for my work and it feels necessary for me to be in my integrity and for me to be doing my good work in the world.
-
I offer a consultancy approach to support what you need and can design shorter workshops to suit your event goals - tell me what you’re thinking (drop me an email at hello@braveologist.co.uk) and I’ll respond with ideas for what’s possible.
For in-house Dare to Lead™ programmes for intact teams, please contact me to discuss your requirements.
I am always open to a conversation around your available budget.
-
I am not able to offer open Dare to Lead™ workshops and I cannot certify others to be facilitators of this work. There are no DTL facilitator training programmes running from BBEARG or BetterUp at this time.
Dare to Lead™
About The Dare To Lead™ Program
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put the Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.
