Your Journey: Three Phases Over Six Months

  • Phase 1: Recognise & Articulate

    Get clear on what your body has been trying to tell you. We'll find language for what feels "off" and identify the patterns where you've been overriding yourself. You'll learn to notice and trust your bodily responses, discovering what's been happening beneath the surface and why your current situation feels unsustainable.

  • Phase 2: Reclaim & Resource

    Rebuild your capacity to say no, honour your timing, and trust what emerges rather than forcing things into being. We'll work with nervous system patterns that have kept you in override mode — the people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the inability to fail or not know. You'll begin to feel what aligned energy actually feels like in your body and learn to move from that place.


  • Phase 3: Create & Shape

    Design the next chapter of your work life from this place of alignment. We'll follow what has energy, what creates expansion, what your body says yes to. Together we'll shape what wants to emerge in a way that honours your rhythms, your values, and your need for work that feels meaningful rather than mandatory.

How this is structured and How You'll Be Supported

12 Private Sessions (2x monthly for 6 months)

Deep, spacious 75-minute sessions where we work with what's present. No rigid agenda - we follow what wants to be addressed. These aren't traditional coaching sessions; they're spaces for witnessing, recognition, articulation, and transformation.

A Defined Container for Emergence

Six months gives you enough time to actually shift patterns, not just talk about them. Long enough to move through the discomfort of not knowing, and to trust what wants to unfold.


Practices That Move You Out Of Your Head

Tailored practices and experiments to help you stay connected to your body's wisdom, recognise when you're in override mode, and resource yourself during the transition.

These aren't generic exercises - they're specific to your patterns and nervous system.

Session Recordings

Every session is recorded so you can return to what emerged. Often you'll catch things on a second listen that you missed in the moment.


Why might I be a good mentor for you?

I've been where you are. I know what it's like to cry in the car before work, to keep showing up for work that's draining your soul whilst telling yourself you should be grateful. My own journey has been about learning to stop overriding myself — learning to trust what my body tells me, to be with not knowing, to honour timing rather than forcing things into being.

I'm not afraid of the messy middle. I can meet you in the difficult territory without needing to fix it or rush you through it. I create natural intimacy and depth quickly, and I'm a worthy witness to what hasn't been said yet, or might want to be said, but has been held so powerfully inside for such a long time, that coaxing it to the ‘outside’ feels like huge resistance.
