For leadership consulting and coaching work, I work on a partnership basis with you - I don’t believe that enforcing my timelines and frequency of support works best for you - only you know what you need!

However, I am personally more satisfied when our work together has the time and space for depth, creativity and play in relationship, and this work takes time and practice, so I prefer to work with people with plenty of space in a single session, or where our partnership spans several months (or years!).


Option 1: I offer a single session, where we might apply leadership or relationship theory to your issue.

Option 2: Annual, ongoing support. A coach and leadership thinking partner in your corner for six months or a year.

This might look like one or two 1:1 sessions in a month, where you can decide the length of sessions and frequency. We serve your agenda for the work.

This might include coaching, team coaching facilitation skilling-up for you, Dare to Lead skills development, or nervous system work (for example we might work on where you want to be braver, healthy boundaries, having crucial and brave conversations, offering feedback, facilitating meetings, self-belief, so you come out of our work together with skills, as well as feeling seen, heard, and supported.)

Option 3: I offer maintenance, check-in calls, by telephone, for clients who have already worked with me (1-1 or in workshops or leadership programmes). This can be a lighter touch, less formal approach than option 2, with shorter sessions and lighter focus, to continue to offer you thinking space.
