I work on a partnership basis with you - I don’t believe that enforcing my timelines and frequency of support works best for you - only you know what you need!

For coaching work, I am personally more satisfied when our work together has the time and space for depth, creativity and play in relationship, and this work takes time and practice, so I prefer to work with people with plenty of space in a single session, or where our partnership spans several months (or years!).

For consultancy work (team coaching, online workshop sessions), I’ll listen to what brings us together at this time, and what’s in your mind or what you’d like to create. We’ll have a focused and potent conversation that I’ll follow up from with a proposal - so you can see things laid out and check we’re on the right track.

I offer a sliding scale for 1-1 coaching sessions. 60 min session costs are as follows.

Self paying, C Suite leaders with staff and extended operations, typically making over £250k per year - £400+VAT per session.

Employees, creatives, entrepreneurs, typically making over £100k per year - £250+VAT per session.

Employees, creatives, entrepreneurs, typically making over £50k per year - £175+VAT per session.

Charity sector workers, non-profits, non-management, typically making over £25k per year - £125+VAT per session.

Unemployed, facing financial hardship, or economically disadvantaged - £60+VAT per session.

Day rate for online workshops - £750-£1500. I charge for preparation and delivery time this will be broken down in your proposal following our initial conversation.
